How do I list a property for sale?
Simply register, fill out your personal & login information, switch to the "My Account" tab,
then the "Get Listing Credits" subtab, and click the "Free" button.
How do I use my credits?
Once you've received credits, click on the "My Account" tab. Next to the welcome message, there should be a link specifying the number of credits you
have available to use. Click that link. By clicking on the available credits link, you will be taken to the property
listing screen where you will choose the package you purchased from the Package Information dropdown. Continue filling out the form, providing the
property's information, accurate address and detailed description. Once you're finished, click the "Save" button at the bottom.
How do I get a Featured Listing?
At this time, Featured Listings are only available as an advertising option and not part of the credit purchasing and property listing process. If you would
like to have your property featured on the front page of the site, please

How do I become a Featured Agent?
To have your photo and contact information added to the front page of the site, you need to become a Featured Agent. More information on that can be found
here. You will need to email a current photo (optional), name, company, phone # and/or email
address and web site URL (optional) to us at .
